Ok, probably easier to move forward with the dotNetRDF copy because I make
an effort to update it with the latest tests fairly frequently

Yes especially given the changes to property paths, I know dotNetRDF
supposedly passes a lot of the tests according to the implementation
report but a bunch of the tests no longer pass because the test cases have
changed and I haven't yet updated my implementation to the latest spec.
Thus I haven't generated a new EARL report lately so the figures shown on
the implementation report don't match current reality.
