I have a similar start-up script I've been using and meaning to add to

Question for Andy: I'd like to call the script "fuseki", but there is
already a script called that in the distribution which looks to be
more geared towards development. Should I rename the existing one to
"run_fuseki" (in line with "run_cp")?
The one in the distribution is called "fuseki-server" (I hope) whereas
the development helper script "fuseki" can be renamed without
inconveniencing users.
Regardless of that, I suggest putting it in "init.d/fuseki" or
"./etc/init.d/fuseki" to make it clear as to use with init. It needs to
take some arguments (config file, location of the code) - so maybe it's
going to be more of an example/template. Giuseppe's has the info
built-in which I suspect is going to be necessary but I'm not thinking
clearly.

Hi guys,
as I could not find an init.d script for fuseki, I've written one myself:
https://github.com/SGUL/data.sgul.ac.uk/blob/master/resources/fuseki/etc/init.d/fuseki
This is just a quick and silly hack, and something more specialised (e.g.
"daemon") is probably need, but hadn't had time to work on it yet.
I hope this can be of use, and let me know if anyone develops something
better.
All the best,
