Added a script called "fuseki" in revision 1352721.
Usage: fuseki {start|stop|restart|status}
It works in both Linux and Windows (using Cygwin). I don't know that it's
quite ready to be used in /etc/init.d since we don't really have an installer
for Fuseki. But it runs when it is in the same directory as the rest of the
Fuseki distribution.
The Fuseki configuration arguments are hardcoded. At some point we'll probably
want to introduce a configuration file instead.
Also would be nice to support running Fuseki as a different user.
