I began working with Fuseki but found that it's interface and session
requirements did not work well with the REST web services we were trying to
implement. I ended up using Fuseki as a guide and reworking it into a JAX-RS
based web service. This made it easy to plug Jena into specific parts of a web
service URI structure.
My implementation still uses the embedded Jetty server but now uses Jersey
instead of Fuseki to route requests as SPARQL queries and the like.
If there is interest I would be willing to contribute what I have, though I
will have to check with my employer first.
