So is this kind of a requirement to use a 64-bit jdk? At first look, it seems to be a problem is with the test, not the main code. Are you using a 64 bit JVM? Was this on the first run of the tests? Clearing up memory mapped on windows needs special handling; not just that they can not be released from a running JVM but also it does not always seem to happen immediately a JVM exits. Also, this is only for tdbloader3. (I'm a bit concerned by the fact that the ERROR does not register as a test failure).
