The SPARQL Working Group is preparing an implementation report for
moving through W3C process. There needs to be 2 independent
implementations for every feature.
The results below have not yet been incorporated yet.

Hi Greg,
I've created a little google code project for my small extension to
ARQ and Andy's test runner framework that makes ARQ use inference
before doing the BGP evaluation. I've used that to create an
implementation report for ARQ with RDF, RDFS or OWL RDF-Based
entailment (OWL RL profile tests). The implementation report is
