Claude Warren commented on JENA-397:
------------------------------------

I have a patch for this but I want to make sure there are no legal issues with
including the /testing directory files in the distribution. I see that there
are readme-license files that indicate the testing files are Apache licensed
but I also recall a discussion some time ago about the testing files being
under a different license.

If there are no issues I'll go ahead and make the change.

> The current 2.10 Snapshot test jar does not include the /testing directory
> files used by the tests.
> This makes the tests useless when used in other projects.
