There is also an issue that QueryEngineHTTP currently creates a new client on 
each request and doesn't explicitly clean it up.  This is done because 
otherwise there is no way to set connection and socket timeouts which are 
global client parameters and may be different for each QueryEngineHTTP instance.

I am testing out a fix to ensure that these are cleaned up explicitly rather 
than relying on the garbage collector to do so.
