Rob,

I went to change the jena-security version number and found that it was
already set to 2.11.0.  Did you change it to begin with?  If so did you
change it back? if you changed it and did change it back are some of your
changes missing from svn?

I'm not concerned about the version number at this point, just want to make
sure that all your changes made it to svn.
