I'm sure the description makes sense to you but from where I'm reading it, it
is hard to understand.
1/ There are two queries above. Please give a complete query - either attach a
file or use {{\{noformat\}}} else it gets treated as HTML text.
2/ Can we reduce this to a one column example that illustrates the problem?
3/ {{FILTER checkTypeF(?TABLE_SCHEM)}} is a parse error. Unless you have
modified the parser or that is really a URI, then that isn't what you are
executing.
{{tdb.tdbquery}} run SPARQL queries on a TDB dataset from the command line.
TDB does some dynamic reordering, it's not all per-execution static
optimization.
