Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: Jena 2.11.1
Don't automatically add the default field; instead, rely on the
Lucene or Solr query to handle default field.
For solr, this means setting CommonParams.DF on teh SolrQuery object in
TextIndexSolr.query.
Lucene use does not require any changes.
