Latest HttpClient release is now 4.3.2
Having looked at this again it looks like we can do a fairly simple version
bump and just live with the fact that for the time being our usage relies on
the old APIs which is marked as deprecated.
Then at a later time we can refactor our codebase to take advantage of the new
APIs since this reflects a larger breaking change
