Having looked because of the version upgrades, I've created a branch to
work on cleaning POMs up
/jena/branches/jena-dep-pom/
e.g. Use of <dependencyManagement> in jena-parent - we seem to have
legacy setup for standalone artifacts which works but isn't clean (YMMV)
and also has some unnecessary (?) maven workarounds. Ditto
<pluginManagement>
As time permits, I want to pull version control into the parent at least
for modules I feel I understand the dependency setup.
So if cleaning up is happening, is there anything else anyone would like
to do?
