GSoC reminder

GSoC proposals must be registered on Melage [1], the Google GSoC site, 
by the deadline.  I very much doubt there will be any extensions or 
exceptions because there is so much to get through even without delays.

Please include a statement about your availability over the period May 
to August and also a statement you are a student and which year of study 
you are in.

Deadline: March 21th by 19:00 UTC/GMT.
