Figured out how to make breadcrumbs be absolute relative links rather than
always pre-pending the HTTP prefix.
Breadcrumbs should now be completely fixed and respect the protocol you are
browsing the site under so HTTPS breadcrumb links are now presented when
browsing over HTTPS
