Thanks for the advice, that's very useful to know.
In this case it still doesn't explain the problem as the only difference
between the two scenarios is the path where the TDB data is stored, as
quad-store/live and quadstore/live are identical copies of each other.
Querying the union graph (or even a specific one) works when it's quadstore but
not quad-store.
