Yes.

Yes.

The point about locking a prefix mapping is so that you can't
change it. Unlocking would mean that the guarantee of
immutability would be lost.

Specifically .lock() was intended for jena constant prefix
mappings, so that if you used them (eg PrefixMapping.Standard)
you would know that they defined what it said they
defined and you couldn't change them even by accident.
