I have added the extras to the documentation and checked in the source with
a POM.

But I have a couple of questions.

I think that the extra package should be built after the apache-jena-libs
is built, and I suppose that can be done with a Jenkins job, but how do we
configure the build so that it does it during a release?

How do we generate the javadoc and add it to the documents directory?  Is
there a special setting for that?

If I add jena-extras to the modules in the dev or complete profile section
of the  master pom (artifactId = jena) will it cause the build to fail if
there are issues in the extras?  And do we want this?
