Older binaries can still be found on Sourceforge if you really need them -
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jena/files/Archive/

They predate the move to Apache and thus cannot be hosted at the ASF

2.6.4 was the latest pre-Apache version so you would only need a couple of
pre-Apache releases.  One thing to be aware of is that at 2.10.0 we
aligned version numbers between several modules so if you are mixing and
matching different modules be aware of that.
