In RDF 1.1, strings are xsd:string; there is no untyped simple strings. So
.equals and value-equality are the same operation. This enables
TransformFilterEquality to apply to strings.
Incidentally, TransformFilterEquality can be applies to lang strings in RDF 1.0
and RDF 1.0.
