The test serves no purpose. chhj.n3 is only there for using jena-core without
jena-arq.
I would happily delete the old n3/turtle now (it is not RDf 1.1 compliant) and
insist on applications using all the jars. That said, Jena3 would be a good
time to clear it up. We just need to plan for that - the RDF 1.1 changes are
done.
StreamManager is not in jena-core.
