This job failed because of target/.plxarc (Plexus archiver)

I don't know where it came from because I don't appear to get it locally. Maybe an automated process wandering through the Jenakins workspace at the wrong moment?

I have excluded the pattern **/target/.plxarc from the RAT checks.
