Rob,

I was dry-running the release build with a maven repo without an 
org.apache.jena artifacts.

I came across 2 mentions of jena-hadoop-rdf

   jena-elephas/jena-elephas-stats/pom.xml
==> jena-hadoop-rdf-mapreduce

   jena-elephas/jena-elephas-mapreduce/pom.xml
==>> jena-hadoop-rdf-common

Those should be jena-elephas-*?
