Looks good.

Perhaps add something about SPARQL REST server capabilities - for
those who have not heard about Fuseki before.

I would do a slightly larger blurb (massaged from
https://jena.apache.org/documentation/fuseki2/ )

Apache Jena Fuseki is a SPARQL server. It can run as a operating
system service, as a Java web application (WAR file), and as a
standalone server. It provides security (using Apache Shiro) and has a
user interface for server monitoring and administration. Fuseki
implements the SPARQL 1.1 REST protocols for query and update as well
as the SPARQL Graph Store protocol.

Fuseki is tightly integrated with Apache Jena's TDB to provide a
robust, transactional persistent storage layer, and incorporates Jena
text query and Jena spatial query. It can be used to provide the
protocol engine for other RDF query and storage systems.

The download link should probably go to
http://jena.apache.org/download/#apache-jena-fuseki so they won't
download the wrong thing (and I don't see the need to leak
"index.cgi" :) )

We are not meant to deep-link to
http://www.apache.org/dist/jena/source/ for anything but the *.asc
files - as this bypasses the mirrors.

Perhaps download/index.cgi should have "Source code" as a separate
header as the source covers both Jena and Fuseki?
