I will reach out to the authors and see if we can persuade them to help integrate this into ARQ proper. The work focuses on using the in-memory ARQ implementation so doesn't consider TDB at all which we know to be much faster than the in-memory implementation so not sure how much benefit it would yield us in real world deployments but certainly something worth exploring.
