... and have XML-support versions of XML output.
These two operations cause confusion because the XML rules are quite
restrictive based in qnames (e.g. localname can't start with a digit). Now
Turtle is coming the most popular syntax, this is getting even more confusion.
Therefore isolate XML uses and align Node.getLocalName(), Node.getNameSpace()
to Turtle-family syntax.
