Either fix the 
[documentation|http://jena.apache.org/documentation/fuseki2/fuseki-configuration.html]
 that {{--conf}} needs:

{noformat}
[]   fuseki:services ( <#service> ) .
{noformat}

Alternatively, and better, if no {{fuseki:services}} found, look for a single 
{{fuseki:Service}}
