One last thing: it seems like a good idea to me to put a note in
`CacheSimple` about the slot-replacement and fixed-size qualities that are
demanded there. Or maybe instead to add a test to `TestCacheSimple` to indicate
the slot-replacement requirement. Would you like me to do that?
