I took the changes from PR#77 head this morning. It should have picked up your
last changes made (~2 days ago). I had hoped to merge it directly but it
didn't compile. To work on it, I took the diff form, and applied it. Sometimes
it's easier that way, especially if the problems can be fixed in the diff by
text editing. In this case, I then discovered various other changes around the
area but not mentioned which I had to check. I should have tracked those
changes better but I wasn't initially expecting to have to do refactoring. It
took quite a while to do.
