I think it is a good time to assess where we are in getting to a Jena3
release. There has been the usual maintenance as well as specific Jena3
changes.
There are always going to be many desirables but we also need to be
realistic as to the time available to people.
What should we be aiming for as *really* *necessary* changes before a
Jena3 release? I would suggest the barrier to "necessary" is now quite
high - major app/user visible changes.
