I'm not sure this configuration should be added as-is in Fuseki2 standalone
downloads, but I'm sure it would be helpful to have it added in the
documentation, with due warnings such as
"Although this configuration was proved to serve the purpose to enable CORS,
the person who came with it has no idea of the side effects of having all URLs
allowed for CORS (the <url-pattern> bit)."
