With the commit b93e389 above, {{AGG}} with {{DISTINCT}} is in the grammar.
The function {{AggregatorFactory.createCustom}} takes a number of flags to
indicate the context in the grammar in which it's called, whether in function
form or {{AGG}} form, and whether with {{DISTINCT}} word was seen. Hopefully,
the grammar is now fully general and changes to behaviour can be made by
changing {{AggregatorFactory.createCustom}}, without further grammar
modifications, if needed.
