Is this possibly as simple as making sure that each thread has it's own
OntDocumentManager? It appears to me that the default OntDocumentManager
(obtained by calling OntDocumentManager.getInstance(), which is the same one
obtained by calling
ModelFactory.createOntologyModel(OntModelSpec.OWL_MEM).getDocumentManager() I
think, correct?) is not thread safe?
