Some improvements for {{Iter}} and related Iterators.
* Documentation
* {{takeWhile}}, {{takeUntil}}, {{dropWhile}}, {{dropUntil}}
* Deprecate operations on {{Collection}}s better done with Java8 streams.
* Rework {{IteratorTruncate}} to use {{IteratorSlotted}}, not have it's own
equivalent machinery.
