Looks good - the updated pull request can be applied (note to all and
sundry : this is one of those PRs that the .diff works but the .patch does not
... I suspect any PR that has been updated suffers from this).
The next step is for someone to review it from the point of view of what it
does, do some system testing and see how it works with the Fuseki architecture.
