Attachments with screen shots taken while reproducing the issue.

Originally Fuseki works fine. Then I added the site to the Intranet Sites 
category (under advanced) and it was still working.

Edge mode was still active. Then went to the Compatibility View, and added the 
site to the list of sites to be rendered with the compatibility settings.

Refreshing the page, the UI is different and not really usable I believe.
