Having test cases that check the behaviour is excellent.
JENA-999 isn't finished and has it's own branch ('jena-text-cache').
Reading through JENA-999, conversation died in August. I don't know why the
code was put into master as it says its wrong for some queries. Unfortunately,
the commit reformats the whole file and so I can't see what's changed.
So if the first commit on master is causing problems (and it's not a simple
fix), it should be reversed and work completed on the branch.
