See also {{DynamicDatasets}} which includes an option for a union default
graph. It currently uses {{GraphUnionRead}} for the union.
This could be improved with JENA-1074.
Better would be to have unionDefaultGraph implemented in the {{DatasetGraph}}
framework so implementations can do a better job than a default mechanism if
they can.
JENA-642 appears to do the distinct reduction in the wrong place (on BGP, not
on each triple pattern).
