Up to Jena 3.1.0, the TriG output for the default graph includes "{ ... }". The
other TriG forms (TRIG_BLOCKS, TRIG_FLAT) do not.
They are not required by TriG.
This JIRA will change the behaviour of the pretty writer to not output "{ }"
around the default graph, nor indent it.
