Makes sense, perhaps I could put them in a separate
org.apache.jena.vocabulary.w3c package ?
I'm also planning to work on the eGov "core vocabularies" promoted by the EU,
see also https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/asset/core_vocabularies/description, so
that could be an egov package. Unless this is considered to be out of scope for
Jena ? (I'm aware that it is not feasible to include each and every
vocabulary...)
