Users have complained that the README file for Jena is lacking information
about build and usage. Here are some points:
(1) "mvn install" is how you build
(2) Show a snippet of maven code to incorporate Jena into a project (possibly a
few samples for a few different scenarios, for instance in-memory models vs
tdb)
(3) Warn people you can get a disk full from tdb tests on Windows
