Like I said, I'm fine with making a new fluent API. Can you describe some
of the things you see as common in particular to a semweb app? `HttpOp` as it
stands doesn't appear to do anything particular to the semweb. Or are you
including in your thought other classes like `HttpQuery` and `QueryEngineHTTP`?
