A number of small improvement to the JSON handling code:
* Ensure multiline output/strings end in NL
* Add to pair(,) to JSONBuilder (c.f. JSWriter)
* Return 'this' for chaining style in JSONBuilder
* JSON.copy, JSON.buildObject
