The main issue is that embedded ElasticSearch does not come with the
"pianless" plugin and ElasticSearch has stopped releasing painless plugin as
maven artifacts. Therefore I can not have tests that rely on the script portion
to be executed. In order to do extensive testing, I need this plugin. That is
also the reason why the delete tests are ignored currently.
Let me see if I can add some more unit tests, although IMO they would still
be simple ones.
