[~osma], [~andy.seaborne] don't we still also have the {{collate:compare}}
possibility (passing in a comparator)? Or is that off the table as too big a
change to bite off for this ticket? I'm actually thinking about recommender
systems here, where you might not want to put a lot of transactional data (on
which the recommendations are made) into Jena but you do want to order results
from Jena by them, if that makes sense. I appreciate that that is not at all
Osma's use case here, just trying to be as general as we can be but not too
much. :)
