Great work with the release! For the future I would suggest not removing the old version from dist (e.g. above the whole folder!) until the new one has propagated and the download page is ready to be updated. Otherwise for 24h+ there will be an impedence mismatch betweeen the download pages and the various mirrors (as they catch up) as well as the www.eu and www.us.apache.org mirrors (which update fastest).
