BTW, I have updated https://hub.docker.com/r/stain/jena/ and
https://hub.docker.com/r/stain/jena-fuseki/ for the new Jena release.
I repeat that I think you should make a new jena-docker git repository and then
register it directly at https://github.com/docker-library/official-images
whenever there's a new Jena release. The changes in this approach is fairly
minimal, see
https://github.com/stain/jena-docker/commit/20a01549fa4219a60327489c93dca301ee6ae148
Feel free to use my files from https://github.com/stain/jena-docker - I can
contribute them again as a PR to that empty git repository if you so please
(and remove any "stain" references :)
