Obviously, I'm not _against_ doing something good for Fuseki 1 in and of
itself, but if we are going to "off-core" it, maybe we should have one big
dependency upgrade party first? IOW, make a particular ticket for "bring Fuseki
1 dependencies as up-to-date as possible all at once preparatory to taking it
out of core".
