{{FusekiServer}} in Fuseki-full is a collection of static operations. It is not
an API class.
{{FusekiEmbeddedServer}} is a class that applications use when running Fuseki
embedded so using {{FusekiServer}} for this and moving aside the class with the
same short name is tidier.
