Eventually, would we want to develop an API for query handles? So that they 
would appear as actual resources with URIs? I'm not saying we have to do that 
to do this ticket, just trying to get the larger context. There are other 
things we might want to do with a query beyond limit or timeout, like just 
arbitrary cancellation.
